By accessing or using Piranha BJJ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Piranha BJJ is an AI-powered video analysis application for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners. The App provides:

• Video upload and AI-powered analysis of BJJ training footage
• Progress tracking and analytics dashboard
• AI coaching chat functionality
• Competition readiness assessments

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Piranha BJJ offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Paddle. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of videos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Piranha BJJ a license to process, analyze, and store your content solely for providing the service. We do not share your training videos with third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI models
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload content depicting violence, abuse, or illegal activities

7. Disclaimer

The App provides AI-generated analysis and suggestions for informational purposes only. This is not a substitute for professional instruction from a qualified BJJ coach. Always train under proper supervision and consult professionals for injury prevention and technique guidance. We are not responsible for any injuries resulting from training.

8. Limitation of Liability

Piranha BJJ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App or by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

3. Video Data Processing

Your uploaded videos are processed by our AI system to detect positions, transitions, and provide analysis. Videos are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We do not share your videos with third parties or use them for purposes other than providing you with analysis.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Cloud hosting (AWS), payment processing (Paddle), analytics (Firebase)

1. Subscription Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with Piranha BJJ. If you're not happy with your Pro subscription, you may request a refund within the following terms:

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New Pro subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their initial subscription purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase.

3. After 7 Days

After the 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your Pro access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Through your Paddle account

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

• The account has been terminated for Terms of Service violations
• There is evidence of abuse or fraud
• Multiple refund requests have been made previously

7. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but can be canceled to prevent renewal.
